Cow Cheese

Comté is a traditional, hard cheese with similar characteristics to the Swiss gruyere. It is very creamy and has a piquant, yet sweet flavour. The salt is strong but balanced and the flavour has a nutty tang. Comte Jura is delivered on Tuesdays only.
